Heavy Civil Works: Structural Bridge Retrofitting.

We do not just supply the materials; we deliver the complete engineering solution.

JSMS Creviseal provides end-to-end structural rehabilitation for aging and compromised infrastructure—from advanced diagnostic design to proprietary material supply and expert workforce execution.

Trusted by Local Government Units (LGUs) to secure the nation’s lifelines.

  • Diagnostics & Design

We start at the structural core. Our licensed Civil Engineers conduct comprehensive site diagnostics to assess load capacities, seismic vulnerabilities, and concrete pathologies. We then engineer a precise, code-compliant retrofitting design tailored to the specific infrastructure.

  • Proprietary Material Supply

We eliminate third-party supply chain risks. We manufacture and supply our own high-strength JSMS Mortar Epoxies, structural grouts, and source aerospace-grade Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) to guarantee material compatibility and performance.

  • Specialized Manpower & Execution

Bridge retrofitting leaves no room for error. We deploy our own highly trained, in-house technical crews—equipped with specialized heavy machinery and trained in strict DOLE/OSHA safety protocols—to execute the rehabilitation flawlessly.

Specialized Civil Works Scope

Increased traffic loads, seismic events, and environmental degradation severely compromise the structural integrity of concrete bridges and overpasses. Complete demolition and reconstruction is often cost-prohibitive and highly disruptive.

Our Engineered Solutions:

FRCM - (Fabric Reinforced Cementitious Matrix)

Upgrading the shear and flexural strength of bridge girders and columns using lightweight, ultra-high-strength fabric reinforced cementitious matrix (FRCM) also known as textile reinforced mortar (TRM).

  • Verified by DPWH-BRS: Stronger Than the Host Concrete.

    [The Objective]
To prove that JSMS Cementitious Epoxy is not a superficial patching compound, but a true Monolithic Structural Weld, we submitted our proprietary formula to the ultimate stress test at the Philippine Bureau of Research and Standards (DPWH-BRS).

    [The Methodology]
A standard structural concrete beam specimen (150mm x 150mm x 525mm) was intentionally fractured completely in half. The two broken segments were then bonded back together utilizing only the JSMS Cementitious Epoxy system, with no internal steel rebar splices or external carbon wrapping. Once cured, the repaired beam was subjected to a standardized Center-Point Flexural Bending Test using a calibrated Universal Testing Machine (UTM).

    [The Official BRS Telemetry Data]

    Test Type: Flexural (Bending) Stress

    Specimen Area: 67,500 mm²

    Maximum Applied Load: 35.559 kN

    Achieved Flexural Strength: 4.74 MPa

    [The Engineering Significance]
In structural engineering, standard 4,000 psi (28 MPa) concrete typically exhibits a flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) between 3.0 and 3.5 MPa.

By achieving an extraordinary 4.74 MPa on a previously severed joint, the DPWH-BRS test empirically validates that the JSMS Cementitious Epoxy bond exceeds the flexural capacity of the original concrete. Under extreme load, the host concrete will fracture before the JSMS structural weld yields.

    [The Verdict for Infrastructure]
For Lead Engineers and LGUs, this data provides the ultimate assurance: When you specify JSMS Creviseal for structural crack injection, bridge retrofitting, or load-bearing concrete repairs, you are not just repairing the asset—you are upgrading its structural resilience.
